General Terms and Conditions of Booking
Tour Inquiries and Offers:
On receiving an inquiry we shall submit our offer free of charge and unbinding for a limited period.
All bookings must be received in wiriting stating details relating to pax number, transport facilities, accommodation status and itinerary. Any changes to original bookings must be confirmed in writing by both parties.
Prices quoted are based on number of pax and are net prices.
Deposits may be charged for particular services such as high budget hotel accommodation and non-refundable services.
Payments are to be carried out by bank transfer to our account or by credit card. All bank charges are at payer's cost. Unless otherwise stated all payments are generally due in full before departure.
We advise all our clients to take out private and individual insurance relating to travel and health prior to their departure.
Notice of cancellation must be given in writing. Cancellation charges for non-refundable services will be charged. In cases of force majeure such as war, epidemics, unrests, changes in law or natural catastrophes a right of withdrawal from the contract is reserved to both parties.
We undertake to be of assistance to all our clients in cases of emergency. All general conditions stated above comply unless stated otherwise in individual cases.
